Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited time frame of 45 minutes, all visits will end promptly. If customer is late, their time slot will not be adjusted to add lost time. Late arrivals after the visit end time will be canceled and will not be rescheduled. No money paid by the customer will be refunded for late arrivals. All bookings are non-refundable. Please be sure to schedule accordingly.
